About the event
Graffiti is all about seeing and being seen. For many writers, that fascination began at a young age, at a time when they were still figuring out who they were, what they stood for, and how they wanted to express themselves. Graffiti offers a way to be visible, develop an identity of your own, and claim a place in the world. For many, it has therefore played a major role in both their artistic and personal development.
With that idea in mind, we are organizing a day event on March 20 centered on self-expression, identity, and creativity. Through a range of graffiti activities, you will explore how to show the world who you are and how images, color, and text can help you find your own voice. The event is being organized in collaboration with Odile Diouf, Creative Lab Utrecht, and others.
