The Centraal Museum is convinced that it can learn a great deal from the knowledge and experience of the business community, but also has a lot to give back from our own areas of expertise. That’s why we are very happy to develop long-term, sustainable partnerships.

How do we work?

Together with our knowledge partners, we look at where the needs lie on both sides. In this way, the museum can contribute to employee satisfaction by organising, for example, workshops and lectures. We also offer an inspiring meeting place for business contacts and can make an artistic contribution to the design of the working environment.

In addition to the exchange of expertise, the Centraal Museum requests a financial contribution of at least €10,000 per year for a period of three years. This enables us to make the museum’s programmes possible.

Collaboration with Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs

Are there similarities between preparing and setting up an exhibition and organizing trade fairs? Artistic director Bart Rutten gave a lecture for the employees of the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, focusing on the preparations for the exhibition New Horizons. The lecture was part of the Summer School, an annual summer programme full of lectures and courses that the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs organizes for its staff.
