Kensmil superimposes multiple images in her drawings: visible and less visible ones, images from mass media, but also from mythology, memories and dreams. Her drawings can be understood as a critique of the overwhelming amount of images we are flooded with daily. However, the work also examines how new images emerge from the multitudes. [text 2026]
